If you are interested in booking accommodation with us please note the following:

Though every effort is taken to accommodate private bookings there is the occasional need for emergency duty accommodation. Should a duty commitment suddenly emerge private bookings may be cancelled at short notice but no later than I week prior to your arrival. This is rare but we feel the need to inform you of the possibility. Having said this though, once you have taken residence in the house we will not evict you.

We no longer accept cash for the accommodation and therefore a salary deduction authorisation form (AD263) will be provided for you to complete prior to your departure. We will require details (name/phone/fax number) of your salary accounts people as a part of this process. For large groups we do not 'split the bill' and will require details of one military person for the processing of the account. Please ensure you have enough funds in your pay account to accommodate a one off payment for total amount owing for the accommodation calculated at $40.00AUD per night.

Any non Australian Military personnel (wife/husband/friends or family) staying With you in the RANLO accommodation are encouraged to ensure they have appropriate and adequate personal accident insurance coverage prior to their arrival.

As personal electrical equipment and appliances can be damaged by the thunderstorm activity here in Singapore everyone staying at our accommodation is strongly advised to take the necessary steps to include the coverage of these items in their travel or other insurance prior to arrival.

As part of our check out process all persons renting accommodation from RANLO Singapore are requested to arrange to visit a RANLO staff member the last working day prior to their departure to complete the check out procedures. RANLO Singapore offices are located at BLD 7-4 PSA Wharves (other end of the building from PX store). Front door keys can be left in the locked box provided at the house if you are departing outside of working hours otherwise please return the keys to a RANLO staff member at the office.

Once a confirmation response has been returned to you by RANLO Singapore staff you are considered to be utilizing the accommodation. Please provide notice to RANLO Singapore staff if you are unable to utilise your booking. Failure to provide adequate notice of a cancellation may result in you being charged for the accommodation.

All personnel utililising the RANLO accommodation are requested to leave the premises clean and tidy upon departure. All garbage is to be deposited in a garbage bag and placed in the bins outside. The blue top bin is for recyclables items only and the green bin is for general waste. All used bedding is to be placed in the laundry. Please unlock the safe and reset to the default code 1234 or a charge may be levied by RANLO Singapore.
