The US Navy has an Exchange Store which can be used by allied military personnel and their families. The NEX is located near the southern end of Building 7 – 4 near Sembawang Naval Wharves. It sells a small range of grocery items (mainly US goods), duty free products (wide range of 110v electrical goods), beer (a variety of US and international brands) and wine (including a good selection of Australian reds and whites). All prices are in US Dollars. Payment for goods can be made via credit card or in local or US currency. Change for cash purchases is given in US dollars. Personnel may be asked to show their Service ID card when making purchases.
