Meet the Ranlo Singapore Team

From left to right – Chief Petty Officer Marine Technical (CPOMT) Aaron ‘Alf’ Beinke, Lieutenant Commander David Dykstra, Ms. Audrey Jalleh, Petty Officer Stores Naval (POSN) Bill Murphy.

1. RANLO. LCDR David Dykstra is the RAN Liaison Officer – Singapore and the officer in overall charge of all support operations and activities.

2. A/RANLO (Technical). CPOMT ‘Alf’ Beinke is the RAN Liaison Officer’s subject matter expert (SME) on technical matters and ship repair. He also manages the maintenance of the unit’s office, workshop and residential accommodation and is the unit’s Transport Officer and Communications and Information Systems (CIS) Officer.

3. A/RANLO (Logistics). POSN Bill Murphy is the RAN Liaison Officer’s SME on stores support for visiting RAN units. POSN Murphy also performs a variety of other logistic and administrative functions in support of ship visits, as well as managing the bookings for the Transit Accommodation.

4. A/RANLO (Accounts). Ms. Audrey Jalleh handles the office’s finance and accounts functions and provides other administrative support, as required.
